Fully automates leveling!
LevelMan utilizes unique wireless communication technology that uses Bluetooth 4.0 for remote measurement, enabling simultaneous measurement of levels at multiple points. In addition, the measurement data can be shared with multiple users in real-time, significantly reducing the man-hours required for leveling operations
Using a bubble tube method, this product offers high stability, precision, compactness, and robustness. Equipped with a finger hook to prevent accidental drops. Precise numerical data can be obtained using the same method as the visual-type level.
N units x N people unique wireless communication can be enabling “simultaneous level measurement at multiple points” and “simultaneous sharing of measurement values with all operators”.
The measurement results for up to two axes (X and Y) can be checked at hand with the included wireless application.
Up to 10 data logs for each of the two axes can be saved.
Various custom applications are also available, such as a 4-point level measurement which can also detect torsion and a data logger application.

The fully automated leveling and adjustment system, AdjustMan, uses data from LevelMan’s simultaneous multi-point measurements to automatically and simultaneously adjust the level of large equipment on the order of tons, at multiple points with micron-level precision.
Based on the measurement data from multiple LevelMan units, the software instantly calculates the lift amount for each level and controls the movement of multiple motorized precision adjusters.
The automatic generation of reports reduces paperwork and prevents human errors in documentation.

Calibration is performed automatically with the push of a button, and progress can be checked remotely on a tablet.
